Purchased the business in 1993. Became President in 1995 when Maple City Fire Protection became an “S” Corporation. Since becoming an “S” Corporation, my responsibilities are to coordinate sales and marketing, oversee daily operations and training of employees. Over the past 18 years I have held certifications thru Amerex, Pyro-Chem and Range Guard. I have been trained thru the National Fire Protection Association for inspecting and testing of water based fire protection systems and thru Fire Lite Alarm systems. In 2003 we built a 4000 square foot commercial building with office and testing areas located at 2137 W. Wilden Ave Goshen, In.
I am an active member of Kiwanis International since 2002. Held position on Boards at Maplecrest Country Club.Held positions of Secretary for four years and President for three years for Elkhart Alano board of Directors a non-profit organization. I believe in giving back to the communities and our areas we live in. To make a positive change for the future, somehow, someway.

I have been with Maple City Fire Protection since July of 2009. I have knowledge in all office/clerical responsibilities with our company. I am in charge of Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Billing, Collections, Quick Books System, Scheduling of Inspections, Filing, Taxes, and Insurance Benefits for our employee’s. Making sure all phone in orders are completed in a timely manner. I am training to be Certified of the inspection and testing of Fire Extinguishers and much more so that I may be of help to our walk in Customer’s.
Taking care of our customers is our first response.
